An account with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Withdrawals from a Player's account are subject to the following conditions:
A Player must have completed the KYC verification process before any withdrawal request is approved. Incomplete KYC will result in withdrawal suspension until all required documents are submitted and verified by our compliance team.
Standard processing time for verified accounts is typically 5 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method selected and transaction volume at the time of request. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer subject to network confirmation times.
The minimum single withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the account balance reaches the minimum. Daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the account dashboard.
Funds acquired through bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements. Players may not withdraw bonus credits or winnings derived from bonus play until the relevant turnover requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Mix Parlay and accumulator bets are subject to the standard rules applicable to each individual selection within the parlay. The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where warranted:

Where an account is closed by Singa77 due to Player breach, any outstanding balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
